The beginning of an university choir is usually uncertain in Argentina, the director doesn't know which human material and vowel can be with.
In this case after an important effort in the convocation, and with the help of the authorities of the institute, it was able to meet, since half-filled of the 2002 with a small group (12 members), but with a great work vocation and love for the music, and excellent conditions as well. This was observed immediately when the group understood the importance of the incorporation of an assistant and vocal coach, to optimize the time of rehearsal and to propitiate a technical growth of the group, so it was the moment in which Miguel Ángel Pérez incorporates to the work.
In the first year it was formed the base of the group that today still stays, adding it in the successive selective and very valuable incorporations. This took to the group to grow individual and collectively, carrying out in single two years of life the demanding repertoire that it is approaching.
Another attraction of our work is the formative aspect, since one of our objectives is the growth of its members' vocal, auditory and musical level.
Thanks to that formative aspect, it has been invited to cycles of prestige like the one that develops with the Choir of the Engineering College of the UBA, the cycle with the Choir of the Agronomy College of the UBA, and the one which was organized for the Cathedral of the Mar del Plata city, the cycle of concerts of ADICORA and the cycle of concerts in the first Methodist Church of Bs. As., among others of same prestige.

Since 2006 we have the priviledge to do our own concert cycles in San Francisco Church (Buenos Aires), which is a very important part from our city history.
